Having spent a career at sea in the Merchant Navy and more latterly in domestic waters Jim has had responsibility in all aspects of Marine Health & Safety. A Graduate of UCD Jim has more recently operated as a Professional Health & Safety Consultant for KMC and has extensive site and field expertise in the Risk Management area. Jim is also a member of the association of Irish Risk Managers and a member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, (A.I.R.M) (M.I.O.S.H).
Lesley commenced her career as an Insurer with Assicurazioni Generali SPA and after a long distinguished career joined KMC Group as Office Manager, a position she still holds today along with other special project duties.
Kevin was educated in St Aidans CBS in Whitehall and is a graduate of UCD. Having commenced his career as a Senior Underwriter and then as a Senior Risk Control Surveyor with Eagle Star / Zurich Group and completing his Insurance examinations Kevin formed KMC Group in 1997. The Group will celebrate 20 years in business in 2017. Kevin is the Owner/Managing Director of the Group, he lives in the locality and he personally manages the business along with some other business interests and Directorships. Kevin has accumulated wide and detailed hands on experience in the area of Risk Control Surveying and Risk Management/Health & Safety. Kevin has 30 years plus experience in this business and is committed to the companies continued and steady growth in the provision of Risk Management and Surveying in all sectors of business, and to the companies steady expansion and future success.
